How is Flash Cache Hit % calculated ?

Hello,

When I see AWR to check if the DB Flash Cache is used, the "Flash Cache Hit %" metric is always 0 but there are some "db flash cache single block physical read":

I don't understand why the "Flash Cache Hit %" is 0 if at the same time there are some reads from the db flash cache.
