When should I mark my discussion as CORRECT ANSWER ?

     If the suggested response resolves the indicated problem, mark your discussion as CORRECT ANSWER.

When should I mark my discussion as Helpful ?

     If the suggested response is helpful to the problem but does not necessarily solve the indicated problem, mark your discussion as Helpful. You can mark multiple responses as Helpful, if you feel additional information is useful to others.
