How to capture any error on Oracle Form/OAF and display it in a separate HTML or Sharepoint page?

Hello Team, We want to include an URL link in EBS page such that if an user encounters any oracle error standard or custom from any Form or OAF, then if the user clicks on the URL link it redirects to a HTML page or a Sharepoint community where he will get those error details and probable resolution to those errors. Can this be achieved from Oracle EBS forms/OAF? What additions or changes need to be done for capturing those errors that pop up on Forms/OAF?
