End Date Applicant Person Type

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

We have an employee who is showing as Employee.Applicant and the applicant record is for the job they are currently in.  Since it showing Person Types of both Employee and Applicant, Benefit Carrier Files are not including this employee based on the Applicant Person Type.  Need to either end date the Applicant Person Type or remove the Applicant Record.

Receive the following error message:
