eText template works fine when we try to process from template viewer but it is not working in BI Application.

Did anyone encounter this issue?

Example: ../PhoneCall/PhoneDG/PhoneRec[PhoneTyp=’HM’]/PhoneNumber  this is fetching expected value when we checked through template viewer but the same template is not fetching expected value while attaching in BI report.
