Primavera P6 Pro for EPPM login issue

Hi,

I have installed the primavera P6 Client 16.2 with patch 9 successfully but when opening the login page buttons are not properly displayed;

I've done re-installing the lower version 16.2, 16.2.2, remove .net 4.6.1 and installed .net 4.5 remove the Primavera P6 directory folder then re-install but couldn't help.

OS: Windows 7 Professional

DB: SQL Server 2014
