Siebel Document server:unable to merge templates

1) Installed Siebel application on Linux server

2)Installed Siebel document server on windows

3)When i try to generate a response template I am getting the following error

ObjMgrBusCompLog Error 1 000036fb59782aa3:0 2017-08-01 09:42:02 (bcfile.cpp (1723)) SBL-UIF-00230: The file Justin_Packer Letter_New.doc could not be found on any specified file system.

4)Able to communicate between Linux server and windows server
