PRC interface labor cost to GL for capital projects. How it restricts duplication of labor cost to G

Hi Experts

Can you please help me to understand how Oracle Projects restricts duplication of labor cost getting transferred to GL for Capital Projects?

I'm trying to understand for the following reasons:

1.Distributed labor costs charged to Capital Project/CIP Assets in Oracle Projects.

2. CIP assets from Capital project are interfaced to Fixed asset module and get capitalized.

3. Oracle FA also creates GL accounting entries for the capitalized asset in SLA and sends to GL. This asset already has the Labor cost charged into it.

So labor cost is appearing getting transferred to GL once from Oracle Projects and again from Oracle FA.
