Timecard Status Dashboard: 2 Lines Pertaining to the same employee and the same week (1 Not Entered,

Can anyone help explain how, for the same week and for the same employee, 2 status lines are appear? In addition, how can this be removed from the supervisor's timecard dashboard?

1. As shown below, there is one week showing as Not Entered. This shows the portion of the week when the employee returned from her Long Term Leave.

2. Upon her return on the 07/21, the employee submitted her timecard. This prompted the dashboard to throw another line showing with status Approved.
