isFlagSet issue

Hi Guys,

IRow.isFlagSet(ChangeConstants.FLAG_AI_ROW_HAS_REDLINE_BOM) is not returning consistent values in my code. Does this flag check the redlines on the current change or all the pending changes in the database?

Any pointers are really appreciated.
