MRP - Freeze Fence
Which of the following dates does MRP use to exclude messages for item with Freeze Fence set? If MRP run date is 08/02/2017 and Freeze Fence is 10 workdays, which of the following dates is used to determine whether the order is inside or outside of the freeze fence? Based on my test results, it appears that for Expedite/Defer messages, the system uses Recmd'd Complete Date. For other messages w/o recmd'd dates, the system uses Effective Date?
