Hello Gurus, looking for some guidance on this topic.

We have been live on 12.1.3 since April. Our business users would now like to update some Customer profiles, we are getting hit by the error in the discussion title

Details are in the attached.

Our implementation partners are saying the this is expected behavior as per MOS note 470046.1

This seems total bizarre behavior. Surely we can expect to update the fields in the Customer profile eg Payment Terms?

Our implementation partners are giving us 2 x options

  • create a new address
  • change the setup to "allow changes to printed invoices"

Neither of which seems particularly acceptable
