Is there any way to find the exadata master node (compute node and cell node) ,we are not discuss he

Exadata Doubt

1) Is there any way to find the exadata master node (compute node and cell node) ,we are not discuss here in RAC master node ?

2) As now dcli is configure on two nodes ,Please let us know ,is the default configurtion on Exadata server ?

3) If I need to restrict DCLI on one nodes ,what is the steps will be follow ?

4) We are not able to access the PDU using the host name and IP ,please let us know the procedure to access the PDU ?
