Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Sequence - On COA Print

Hi,

We have defined Item preference for an item as below.

Sort Seq. : 1 : Hardness

Sort Seq. : 2 : Toughness

Sort Seq. : 3 : Surface Inspection

After entering the Test Result, When we are printing it on COA

It is getting printed in reverse Sort Seq. as 3,2,1

Does any setup controls this.

If yes, can you help us with that setup please.
