EBS 12.2.5 USER CREATED WITH GUID IN EBS

Hello, i am doing an sso integration between EBS12.2.5 and oud.

I have registered EBS with oud, i have setup the access gate and all looking fine. But i have one problem, the user created in EBS is not synching to oud. and I noticed that the user table in EBS for the new user (created using the Forms applet) don't have a GUID.

Does anyone know how and why EBS would create a user without a GUID?

this is the error in the oud dip log:
