Enterprise deployment failed - IP 2017

I've installed IP 2017 and successfully configured the security profile and created the Gateway store. I've also created a simple Enterprise profile and attempted to deploy it. Deployment always fails, though the "Log" gives nothing other than an HTTP 500 error.

I notice that the Gateway is getting hit with requests (great - so, the Enterprise is being created) but it's just full of errors:
