Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. remove special characters generated with fo:bidi-override tag

Dear Friends,

We are using fo:bidi-override tag for displaying item number and we are getting special characters before and after item number.

Our item number can contain only numbers or only characters or combination of numbers and characters.

In case of only numbers, leading 0s are trimmed of due to which incorrect item numbers are displayed.

Hence we are using fo:bidi-override tag but this is generating special characters in the column data.

Because of the special characters, users are not able to copy the value and use for searching in e-business suite.
