New database sid needed when migrating R12.1.3 11.2.0.4 from 32bit Linux to 64bit SLES11

Currently on  R12.1.3 11.2.0.4 db on 32bit RHEL4. Need to migrate to the same version of application and database , but to 64bit SLES11.

Current 32bit RHEL4 details where R12.1.3 is running :

host         finm1

database finmigdb

New 64bit SLES11 details , where there is just the basic Operatic system set up based on 761566.1 : no database or application software installed, the plan is for :

host          finmd

database  finmdevdb

The plan is to keep R12.1.3 running on 32bit as a Test system  and  migrate the 32bit onto 64bit and have the 64bit running live.
