datapatch and dbua

Oracle 11.2.0.4  SE-One, 64-bit

Oracle GI 12.1.0.2.0.170418  Standalone ASM, no RAC, no clustering of any kind.

Upgrading db to 12.1.0.2.0.170418  SE2

At https://mikedietrichde.com/2015/07/20/dbua-12c-and-datapatch-pl-things-to-know/  Mike Dietrich wrote about a bug wherein the GUI 12c dbua not applying datapatch when upgrading a database.  Then he includes an update stating :

The required patch is included in  12.1.0.2BP13 but not 12.1.0.2.PSU5 (Oct 2015) – it will be included in the 12.1.0.2.PSU6 (Jan 2016) and all following PSUs.

In order to address another issue with dbua, I had earlier applied PSU 170418 to the 12.1 GI and rdbms homes, so by the above comment, it would seem I'm covered.  However, looking at the "Bugs Fixed by this Patch" section of the patch release notes, I don't see anything about this particular bug.
