Convergence 3.0.1.3 - Failed to Login the user: null

I try to log in in my new Convergence Installation and I receive an "Invalid user or password" message.

I can see that the user is validating properly at the LDAP level:

  (from the log)

  User LoginID entered by user is xxxxxx

  SunLDAPLoginModule:User xxxx Authenticated

  Loading user entry from LDAP for user: xxxx in domain: xxxxxxxxxx

  User entry loaded successfully

.. THEN ...

AUTH: ERROR from com.sun.comms.client.protocol.delegate.LoginCommandDelegate Thread http-thread-pool-28181(5) at 2017-08-03 16:38:40,182 - Failed to Login the user: null

PROTOCOL: ERROR from com.sun.comms.client.protocol.delegate.LoginCommandDelegate Thread ..... - Protocol Error while login: Unknown Reason
