Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What is the meaning of values in the BUDGETARY_CONTROL_STATUS column in the gl.GL_JE_BATCHES table?

Actually, I need to see in a table if an unposted journal is reserved in the General Ledger.
