Cannot See Target Essbase application in FDMEE when we have Essbase Active-Passive clustering

Herewith the detail of the issue:

We have configured Active/Passive essbase clustering using OPMN => works fine

Insalled and configured FDMEE ==> Installation and configuration are fine

From the Data Management--> Target Application - Unable to retrieve the Essbase target applications - No data to display

All initial testing of creating a new Essbase application and database done with several iterations...

Applied the patch as suggested by Oracle but it doesn't help.

I tried checking the schema tables related to FDMEE target table AIF_TARGET_APPLICATIONS which doesn't help too.
