Customer Merge showing message "Value entered is not valid for current field. Please re-enter."

Hi All,

We have Oracle R12 12.1.3.

User has completed Party merge successfully but at the time of Customer merge when the "From Account Number" is provided the form is displaying the error message

"Value entered is not valid for current field. Please re-enter."

I am finding no hits in meta link.

There are a few bugs listed with the same subject but none are for R12 version 12.1.3

The current form version is ARXCUMRG (12.0.52.12010000.5)

Any help is greatly appreciated. I need it soon.
