Point of knowledge --- PDF was not generating in all BI reports .

Hello ,

The issue was resolved by bouncing the services.but i would like to know what would be cause that all BI jobs was getting done but pdf was not generating and after bouncing the services the issue was solved.Please give light on this

Problem Description

Normal report is working fine.

For the BI reports XML is getting generated but  PDF was not been generated.

Setup Description

---------------------

TR - 9.1.3.1

AR -9.0

He have three logical partition, Iseries power 7

1. Testing (DV,PY) (working fine no issue in)

2. India PD (issue in BI)

3. North America PD (working fine no issue in BI).
