Options not available under My work list >Actions in dashboardview

We are using Hyperion ARM 11.1.2.3.501. When we migrate ARM from development to testing environment, we are unable to fine options under Actions in my work list which are available in development environment. Do we need to make any changes to reflect these options? please advise.
