P4210 not selecting the routing automatically for one user

Hi ,

With security roles defined for two users. one user (Thailand Legal entity security) is able to enter SO P4210 which selects the routing entry automatically , Routing status is 0 and able to approve shipment in P4915.

where as another user defined for ( Singapore legal entity security)is entering SO for Singapore MCU and it didnt selec the routing automatically. Routing status is 9. Ending in "Error in approve shipment".

Same P4210 version is used in both the cases.
