Enable a alert/message to make as alert prompt, if date track - correction mode is chosen

Dear Friends,

Good Day,

In date track mode whenever if a change in the record then it's chosen update/correction mode.

If the user choosing correction mode then an alert needs to get confirmation, do you want to continue or cancel needs to include in oracle hrms forms.

Please suggest?
