WMS RULE

I have 4 subinventories and I want the rule to go look for material in the subinventories in the sequential Order. Say in this sequence A1, G1, C1 and B1. We have material in LOT Control and we allocate by LOT so NO LPN Allocation is used in rule. At the same time I want the material to be allocated in the sequential order of Subinventories if the qty is not found in first subinv. e are ok with allocations in multiple subinv, multiple Lot numbers no issues. Say for eg. Order line qty is 25lbs A1 Subinv has -
