Why is Extended cost on Kit Parents updated when R42950 Sales Order Reprice run to update Price Only

When running Sales Order Reprice with PO's set to update Price Only the extended cost is recalculated for a kit parent item

Why is the extended cost recalculated when the version of R42950 is set to only update price

the recalculation is based on the parent cost value in the F4211 not the combined cost of the Kit components resulting in an incorrect extended cost.
