deloyment server Os upgrade

hi 

Existing deployment server is running with tool release 9.1.5.5  on windows 20008 R2  .  where oracle database version is 11g 11.2.0.1.0

in preparation for the upgrade for 9.2  we are migrating the deployment server to windows 2012 R2  (OS upgrade ) by following up the document of changing out the deployment serve( 659735.1).

the issue that with windows 2012 R2, the oracle database engine should be 12.1.0.2.0 .  
  can i attach the planner database to the new version.
