Performance Problems in EPBCS

Hi,

we notice following behavior in EPBCS:

Sometimes Business Rules run approximate ten minutes instead of few seconds.

This behavior isn't just for rule execution also for the forms etc.

Has someone else similar problems?

The performance isn't permanently bad just sometimes but again and again.

A Service Request was created however I'm very dissatisfied with the Oracle Support (Singapur)!
