Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Ebiz database upgrade from 11.1 to 11.2.0.4

Hello Experts.

We are on Ebiz 12.1.3 with database 11.1.0.7, and planning to upgrade the database to 11.2.0.4

Is there any best practices document for this upgrade other than (Interoperability Notes EBS 12.0 and 12.1 with Database 11gR2 (Doc ID 1058763.1))??

I found a best practices document http://www.oracle.com/us/solutions/benchmark/apps-benchmark/11g-upgrade-best-practices-166076.pdf , but that is for upgrade to 11.1, is there anything specific to 11.2?
