How to recreate hardware raid bootpath for T series system?

Hi,

After replacing motherboard with volumes using the onboard hardware raid controller, the raid bootpath will be missing in OBP and will revert to the individual disk path.

The best practise is to record down the bath from OBP or #eeprom from the OS prior to board replacement.

In the event that the system is down and not able to boot up, we might not even have a chance to reach OBP to view the path.

Is there a document with steps that can guide us to recreate the bootpath after replacing the new motherboard?

example:

bootpath before replacement: /pci@400/pci@2/pci@0/pci@e/scsi@0/disk@w37ce968f772b656b,0
