Sales Credit grayed out on Service Contract

Hello All,

We have created a new Business Group - Ledger - LE - Operating Unit setup and using the new responsibility trying to create a new Contract for the new Operating unit.

while we got the salesperson in the LOV, the sales credit field is disabled on the Actions menu.

Without entering the Sales credit the contract is not getting passed the QA check. So, any insights would be very helpful.
