Quanatity descripancy between F41021 and F4111

Hello,

There is price discrepancy b/t F4111 and F41021. F4111 is correct and F41021 is incorrect. I can observe that recently processed  SO orders not update quantity in F41021. But I couldn't see missing information in P41202(Commitment recovery).

Is there any why to  track missing details. Any program is there to correct the discrepancy? or have to use SQL to correct from backend?
