Defer Interface Trip Stop for last 3 days of the month

Hi,

We have a business situation where certain order types need to stop creating accounting entries in last 3 days of the month. If we stop ITS for those orders for last 3 days of the month, and then run ITS after current period is closed and new period is open, what are consequences? First of all, will system  allow to close inventory module?
