Custom Query For Determining Archive Logs Not Backed Up For Over 1 Day

Greetings,

I have come across somewhat of a challenge in refining a query that best accurately determines when my archive logs have not been backed up for over 1 day.  The purpose of this query is to alert us when for some reason or another that our log archive RMAN backup is not running or is not completing.

1) The databases that are being queried against are Oracle 12.1.0.2 running on a two node/two instance RAC.

3) For our Dev and QA/Test databases, our archive log backups will run periodically on a four hour basis.  For Production databases, our archive log backup will run on an hourly basis.
