Please help me with the following error, I dont know where to look for permissions problem ... the installer does not generate logs ...

mxpriupr1ds0231@grid:/oracle/product/12.1.0/grid/oui/bin# ./runInstaller  -Silent -updateNodeList ORACLE_HOME=/oracle/product/12.1.0/grid -defaultHomeName CLUSTER_NODES= CRS=TRUE
