9.2 standalone Oracle OEE

Hi,

I am trying to install 9.2 standalone on Win10.  I came upto stage of installing OEE from Installmanager.exe.  I am stuck with error while using an existing windows user id for Oracle database.  I get "invalid password error".  I then realized that the password policy requirement between my domain and Oracle do not match.  I tried using "create new windows user" option, supplying the password matching Oracle requirement, but my domain did not permit using the password.  I then tried using "built-in account" and that did not install OEE. 

I tried excluding the windows local user (for oracle) from password policies, but could not do it.
