How to allow only specific user from a specific server to access schema

Dear All,

Greetings,

Is it possible to allow user "A" from Database "DB-A" to access objects of user "B" in Database "DB-B" from a specific machine. If no solution exist can we create some trigger or programmable object with which I can achieve this?

If yes , then how?
