CPL reinit error after applying Essbase Studio Patch

Hi all,

I just applied this patch to our environment and the patch was installed successfully.

Patch: Essbase Studio Server

Patch Number: 22051890

Patch Version: 11.1.2.3.508

The readme file next says to run reinit from the CPL command line. This is where I got the error

I even tried to run the command twice as suggested in another post but still got the same error. I tried bouncing the services and that didn't help either. I'd rather not rollback the patch just yet. Any help is appreciated.
