SL500 door issue

Dear Experts,

I try to press the DOOR OPEN button on the front pannel of Robot module,

I wait until the Robot go back toRobot Unit (means on top of the Robot Module), then I Open the Door, BUT after I lose the Door and Lock the Door, the DOOR OPEN and Service Required LED keep
Flashing, and the Robot did not come down, nothing happen.     Is that normal?  Or the Robot will move after another operation kick in? Or can advise a proper procedure on OPEN/CLOSE DOOR?
