Query regarding upgrade From 11.1.1.7 to 11.1.1.9 ?

Hi,

Customer is following the In-place upgrade from 11.1.1.7 to 11.1.1.9 version.

When running the "Update BI Domain" step, there is no action or progress shown in the GUI. Running the same from backend as script and enabling the TRACE to FINEST, still doesn't log anything.

So, nothing can be inferred, whether the UPDATE process is running or it has failed.

Below are the action plan steps performed =>

1. Upgrade OBIEE Home from 11.1.1.7 to 11.1.1.9
- Stop all OBIEE System, Components, Managed Servers, Admin Server and Nodemanagers
- Navigate to the unzipped OBIEE 11.1.1.9 Patchset and execute:
    ./runInstaller -jreLoc $ORACLE_HOME/jdk -invPtrLoc $ORACLE_HOME/oraInst.loc
