Line in Move Order cannot be removed

Hi,

I work with 12.2.5.

A user has notified that there is a line in move order which cannot be removed in any way. The move order has been processed successfully so the line should be removed automatically.

Firstly I checked if this could be an Orphan move order. We have ready set up background job which is checking if there are any orphan move orders (Doc ID 357360.1)- it turns out that the move order is not on the list of Orphan move orders in that instance.

Afterwards as written in Doc. ID 307000.1 I suggested to backorder that line but unfortunately, user received error: "Move order line can not be back ordered. Roling back the changes."
