Impairment Conditions

Hello,

I'm using 12.1.3 and I'm trying to test impairments but I don't get any asset on Impairment - Create and Post

Im my example the asset has the impairment accounts definied on the category.

There are any Financial conditions that needs to be meet?

Example:

Current Cost - 1371.09

Original Cost - 1371.09

Accum Deprec - 242.78

YTD deprec - 46.98

Net Book Value 1128.31

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
