How to cancel or clear lines from Transact Move Orders form which are related to closed SO?

There are few inventories (lot numbers) allocated for closed Sales Orders. Why it is happening and How to clear or delete these lines?

Aware of that, some of the reservations will not released back to inventory while canceling lines from Sales Orders and datafix has to be applied;

But, here allocated quantity was transacted and SO has been closed but still line is show up in the Transact Move Orders window.

In this window, while search by Items, some of the closed Sales Orders also listed; For these lines,

Requisition Qty and Transaction Qtys are same;

Delivered Qty - some lines are null some are having values
