Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Currently our change assistant is 4.0.0.3 version

We are planning for TR upgrade from 9205 to 9214, do we need a different change assistant for this?

Also, Is it true that the new version of change assistant can run the impact analysis report? If so, how?
