How to configure restrict access to a user to edit one specific component on a page on WebCenter Sit

Hello!

Could anybody assist me on how to restrict access to a user to be able to edit one specific component on a page on WebCenter Sites 11gR1, but the user should not be allowed to edit anything else on the site? Any guidance would be appreciated.
