I09UI003 Cache error while processing F0411Z1/ F0911Z1 using UBE R04110ZA

We are populating the F0411Z1 & F0911Z1 data using custom Program later which we run R04110ZA report to create Vouchers. Most of the times it works good but intermittently it gives F0911z1 Cache Error like below. We are unable to locate the root cause for this and GoLive for my Project is at risk. Any input or guidance would be helpful. Below is the message we get in the Work Center. Let me know for any questions please.

CAUSE:The record being added already exists in cache I09UI003 or there may not be enough memory or disk space available to add the record.
