Adding attachment in SR form gives error - Record has been updated. Requery block to see the change.
Hello,
Sometimes when user tries to add attachments in SR, they receive error "Record has been updated. Requery block to see the change.".
This message is thrown when 2 users try to update the same SR.
We need to determine, how to find out the which user has locked the service request. Can this be done from front end or if possible, minimal technical team, DBA intervention?
